What about homemade food? Some people don't appreciate that
because they don't know how healthy it is!
Our friend Reni has started bringing homemade breakfast to eat in school a month ago. She refused pizzas and hamburgers because it's important for her strict diet and workouts. What is the result - she feels fantastic! Reni is going to eat this way and encourage her classmates and relatives to start eating healthy homemade food.
Xm, what about the... smoking? Doni is our Tac-Tac participant by quitting smoking!
She says: "I smoked for 20 years and it is a big battle that I am leading right now. So I don't smoke for more than 1 week and we'll see how it goes."
