We had a few quests about healthy lifestyle - and there are our teachers' opinion.
So the questions were:
- How often do you eat fruit for breakfast?
- Do you play any sports?
- How often do you exercise?
- How often do you eat junk food?
- What healthy snack do you eat most?
- What do you think about children who eat junk food too much?
- How many hours do you sleep?
- Do you smoke?
- What will you tell a kid with bad habits?
Fortunately, most of them eat properly and don't smoke. They sleep about 6-8 hours and for the last question they answer "I'm going to explain and give advice." One of our teachers says that there is incorrect organisation about breaks in bulgarian school, so it is hard for students to eat cooked food. After the quest we had a conversation an the rest of them agreed with that problem. Of course, we talked about healthy snacks, meals and etc. and all decided to try eating more fruits and vegetables a day.
