Healthy lifestyle - what, why and how. These basic questions were discussed with students. Most of them had no idea what their favourite food contains, so Denislav and Hristoslav explained in detail.
To begin with, our health the most important thing we should take care of. Our health depends on us and it's our duty to think about our body.
Everyone thinks about the results from his habits. Of course, it's never late to change them. What do Denislav and Hristoslav advise:
*Drink 2.5 litres of water per day;
*Eat meat, eggs, milk products /proteins/
- rice, potatoes, oatmeal /carbohydrates/
- nuts, olive oil, coconut /fats/
*Get vitamins - A, B, C, D, E, Mg, Zn, Fe
And of course - be active! Walk, run, play - you should move! Find out what do you enjoy and include it in your daily schedule.
