Healthy Lifestyle: Food Choice (IT'S TASTY!)

Healthy food - TASTY FOOOOD!

This was our moto through November. Denislav and Hristoslav decided to share their thoughts with classmates, other students and teachers. They put efforts in this motivating article and wrote down their own favourite recipes:

THE BREAKFAST HEAVEN

-          5 Egg whites (From hard boiled eggs )
-          100 gr. Oats
-          1 table spoon of Honey
-          A handful of raspberries













THE “OH MAMA“ LUNCHBOX

-          100 gr.  Baked Chicken breasts
-          300 gr.  Boiled Rice
-          Baked or raw veggies of your choice ( AIM FOR THE BROCCOLI , BROCCOLI IS THE BEST )













THE HEALTHY KEKS – The perfect dessert!

-          7 egg whites
-          3 yolks
-          200 gr. Fructose
-          2 tb.sp. Olive Oil
-          400 gr. Greek Yoghurt mixed with a small package of baking powder .
-          300 gr. Whole wheat flour “ Type 1850 , a.k.a GRAHM“
